Images and Report from Analytical Historic Building Recording at Manor Farm, Vicarage Road, Mickleover, Derby, November 2024

This collection comprises images and a report from a Level 2 to 3 Historic Building Recording at Manor Farm, Vicarage Road, Mickleover, Derby. Work was carried out by York Archaeology in November 2024 in advance of the proposed conversion of the two historic barns into three dwellings, together with the erection of six linked dwellings, as part of a Listed Building Consent (planning ref. 22/01388/LBA). The historic building recording also included the Grade II Listed Building Farmhouse, with the intention to incorporate it within an overall report for a future application for proposed refurbishment. Manor Farm originated at least from the mid-18th century as an outfarm with small barns and subsequent outbuildings, set around a courtyard.
