Source: The source of spatial data representing TMDL project areas varies by TMDL project, but typically includes one or more of the following sources: United States Geologic Survey’s (USGS) Waterbody Boundary Dataset (WBD), CalWater2.2, and special studies conducted by Santa Barbara County Flood Control, Elkhorn Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve, and California State University, Monterey.
