In this study we have analysed the global miRNA expression in two Arabidopsis thaliana populations originated at contrasting elevation under elevated CO2 condition.In this study we have shown that the two populations of Arabidopsis thaliana originated from contrasting elevation of Indian Western Himalaya shows differential expression pattern of miRNAs under elevated CO2 condition. The target genes of elevated CO2 responsive miRNAs are involved in different biological, cellular and molecular processes. We have also shown that miR390 is down regulated in both the populations under elevated CO2 condition.
