Collisions on public vehicle grade crossings since 2004, including with pedestrians. * Total number of level crossings: total annual number of level crossings (road and pedestrian) on track operated. (indicator from SNCF Réseau) * Train vehicle collisions: annual number of accidents the first consequence of which is a collision, at a level crossing or road crossing, of at least one railway vehicle with one or more passing vehicles. (indicator from SNCF Réseau) * Users killed: total number of level crossing users killed in an accident, including pedestrian accidents. (indicator from SNCF Réseau) * Killed in vehicle: total number of level crossing users killed in rail and road vehicles, including two wheels. (indicator from SNCF Voyageurs) * Pedestrians killed: total number of pedestrians killed as a result of a collision at a level crossing. (indicator from SNCF Voyageurs) These data are taken from the annual safety reports of SNCF Réseau and SNCF Voyageurs.
