This contains a subset of the data from the https://github.com/Gubra-ApS/LSFM-mouse-brain-atlas repository (associated paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33063286/), making minor tweaks to set the voxel spacing correctly in the niftis, a rigid reorientation to the ABAv3 space, and re-mapping of labels to the ABAv3 label numbers.
