To compare the changes before and after the start of the intervention program, the measured values of cortisol and testosterone in saliva and STAI before and after the start of the program were examined by Wilcoxon signed-rank test on the day of the intervention and the day of control. Salivary testosterone significantly increased on the day of the intervention (p = .04) and significantly decreased on the day of control.
