资源简介:
Two novel bacterial species were isolated from the rhizosphere of Eucalyptus, all exhibiting plant growth-promoting properties. Two isolated strains, Pseudomonas eucalyptica sp. nov., and Pseudomonas eucalyptoterra sp. nov., were classified through a polyphasic approach, confirming their novel status within the Pseudomonas genus. Growth-promoting tests showed that all strains exhibited multiple plant growth-promoting traits, including production of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), acilitating nitrogen fixation, solubilizing phosphorus, potassium compounds, producing siderophores and secretion of cellulase. These properties indicate that the strains in question could significantly contribute to plant growth promotion. since the direct impacts on plant growth have not been empirically validated, the agricultural applicability of these bacterial strains necessitates further investigation to ascertain their potential. This investigation augments the current body of knowledge regarding the taxonomic diversity within the genus Pseudomonas and elucidates the prospective application of these newly identified species in the context of sustainable agricultural practices.
