As part of a larger study focused on deletion of Oct1 (Pou2f1) in the mouse gut, we identify Oct1 target genes in HCT116 colon carcinomal cells, with H3K4me3 and input controls. Identified target genes are associated with mitotic stability, metabolism, stress response and malignancy.
