RNA-Seq Analysis of Rice Shoot Apex with Different N Concentrations and Different Periods (NHd mutant)

Nutrient solution with 10mM N was defined as higher nitrogen condition and 2.5 mM was for low nitrogen condition. The NHd mutant were grown under different nitrogen concentrations nutrient solution conditions for several days in artificial climate chamber, and continually observe the rice growth.
