RIKEN BRC MCD PGC stem cell comparison (CBX63). unidentified

We have compared gene expression pattern obtained by microarray-based expression profiling of embryo-derived stem cells, primordial germ cells (PGCs), PGC-related cells, and adult somatic tissues including testis for outgroup of comparison to analyze the similarities and differences among stem cells and germ cells. The embryo-derived stem cells include male and female ES and EG cells, and the PGC-related cells include ES-cell derived in vitro formed PGC-like cells and unipotent GS cells. Agilent's comercial 22k two-color array platform (Agilent-011472 Mouse Development Oligo Microarray G4120A) was used through the experiments. All the microarray exeriments were carried out using Universal Mouse Reference (UMR) RNA as common reference for direct comparison.
