Additional file 5: Table S5. C2 gene sets enriched by FLU. RNA-seq was performed with total RNA prepared from Jurkat T cells treated with 10 µM FLU for 4 h. There were 3058 of 4691 C2 gene sets upregulated in the FLU group, 210 sets significant at FDR < 0.25, and 1633 of the 4691 gene sets correlated with the vehicle group, 345 sets significant at FDR < 0.25.
