资源简介:
This repository belongs to a neuroscientific study on the interplay between the architecture of neuronal representations of pulsed sound stimuli
and auditory perception.
Specifically, this repository contains a behavioral dataset of 11 wildtype C57BL/6J mice that underwent an auditory-cued go/no-go task with pulsed sound stimuli
(90 pulsed sounds), as well as neuronal data on the representational similarities obtained from calcium imaging in the mouse auditory cortex (awake state)
while presenting animals passively with pulsed sound stimuli (189 pulsed sounds, including the 90 stimuli used for the task). The experiments to collect the data
of this repository were conducted in Germany by the lab of Prof. Simon Rumpel at the Institute of Physiology, Mainz.
Questions and remarks regarding the data and the use of the provided code can be addressed to Dr. med. Johannes P.-H. Seiler (e-mail: johseile@uni-mainz.de).
