资源简介:
This item contains QUIC-seq sequencing data, The BAM files generated from RNA-seq data, based on QUIC-seq and TruSeq, aligned to the maize genome.
Please note that the BAM files from QUIC-seq are deduplicated, while the BAM files from TruSeq have not been deduplicated.
QUICseq.fq.gz and TruSeq.fq.gz are used to compare the relevance of the two techniques;
QUICseq.fq.gz and QUICseq_repeat.fq.gz for comparing QUIC-seq repeatability;
At.fq.gz, Os.fq.gz and Zm.fq.gz were used to test the level of contamination between samples from the mixed library;
quan1n.fq.gz, quan2n.fq.gz, quan3n.fq.gz, que1n.fq.gz, que2n.fq.gz, and que3n.fq.gz are used for the nutrient deficiency experiment with N, P, and K deficiencies. In these file names, "quan" represents the control group, "que" represents the treatment group, and "1n," "2n," and "3n" correspond to replicates 1, 2, and 3, respectively.
The prefixes "Bst," "SDS," and "Inactivation" represent different steps omitted during the library preparation optimization. For each group, the first three data points (1, 2, 3) correspond to the control group, where the step is not omitted, while the last three data points (4, 5, 6) represent the treatment group, where the step is omitted.
