Radiated Electromagnetic Signal Data of Laser-Induced Micro Single-Event Latch-up
收藏资源简介:
This dataset consists of electromagnetic signal data radiated by a Kintex-7 FPGA under two conditions: pulse laser-induced single event effects (SEE) and normal operation. A near-field electromagnetic probe was used to collect the radiated electromagnetic signals, with the probe positioned directly above the chip to fully cover the chip area. An SDR (Software-Defined Radio) system was utilized for signal processing, with the hardware platform being HACKRF One. The collected wideband electromagnetic signals were down-converted to baseband frequencies via a mixer and then digitized at the initial stage of the system. All subsequent signal processing after digital down-conversion was implemented in software. This included mean filtering and IQ modulation, ultimately producing the dataset. This dataset can be used in the research field of electromagnetic radiation-based single event effect detection.
