Herein, we produced 52 sewage metagenomes analysed from 8 different locations within the Calgary's sewage networks. Each location represents unique neighborhood, associated with > 12,000 serving population. The monitoring was performed during Dec-2020 - Oct 2021 (11 months), in the midst of COVID-pandemic.
