High-throughput small RNA sequencing was performed to characterize the microRNA (miRNA) profile of Forsythia suspensa fruit. This dataset was generated to systematically identify conserved and novel plant-derived miRNAs and to explore their potential roles in cross-kingdom regulation. Sequencing data were used to analyze miRNA composition and abundance in F. suspensa fruit, providing a resource for investigating the regulatory functions of Forsythia-derived miRNAs and their involvement in inflammation-related signaling pathways.
