Raw data associated with the publication "QuickProt: A Fast and Accurate Homology-Based Protein Annotation Tool for Non-Model Organisms and Promoting Comparative Genomics Research"

This dataset contains three parts. The quickprot.v1.00.sif file is an image file of singularity; Epinephelinae.zip and Rutaceae.zip contain the result files of all Epinephelinae and Rutaceae comparative genomics analysis. These result files include the gene models predicted by quickprot, the functional annotation of protein-coding genes, and the phylogenetic trees of species, etc.
