Fusarium oxysporum strain LZ51 was isolated from infected tomato plants. To investigate the mechanism by which pregnenolone inhibits conidiation, four biological replicates each of untreated control and 10 mg/L pregnenolone-treated cultures were grown in PD broth at 28 C for 72 h. Total RNA was extracted and sequenced by Shenzhen BGI Co., Ltd. using the BGI Multiomics System.
