资源简介:
Multiyear survey and co-occurrence network analyses confirmed Aliivibrio, Vibrio and Photobacterium reliably colonise the gut microbiome in Atlantic salmon farmed in sea cages in Tasmania. The genomes of 7 representative Photobacterium isolates from digesta samples were obtained. The isolates belong to the species Photobacterium piscicola (S1MW1, S2TG4, S4MW1, S5TY1), Photobacterium toruni (S2MW2, S3MW1) and one novel species (strain S4TG1) on the basis of average nucleotide identity (ANI) analysis. Strain S1MW1 is located at the species boundary (94.5%) in relation to the type strain of P. piscicola. ANI data (80-87%) and cluster analysis indicates strain S4TG1 groups within the clade that includes P. piscicola, P. toruni, P. carnosum and P. iliopiscarium.
