The data set covers all commercial aviation aircraft in significant demand (jets and turboprops) and gives access to the current and future base values for each aircraft build year for the current and next 20 years.

1. The values provided are in millions of U.S. dollars and assume that, except for near aircraft, the aircraft and all of its major components, were in a "Half-time" condition per the current maintenance program and overhaul intervals for the respective components.

2. The aircraft were capable of receiving a certificate of airworthiness from an industry recognized regulatory authority.

3. All mandatory airworthiness directives were up to date and had been complied with.

4. The aircraft were assumed to have no damage history and be in good condition.
