Multilevel response to heat and cold stress in cauliflower Brassica oleracea var. botrytis - comparative proteomic analysis. In this study, we comprehensively evaluated the response of cauliflower to cold stress (CS) and heat stress (HS), as well as the recovery phase after temperature stress (CR and HR, respectively), at the proteomic level. This approach enables us to perform a more accurate characterization of protein accumulation level in cauliflower under detrimental thermal conditions. Through our study, we also defined the protein accumulation patterns potentially contributing to enhanced thermotolerance.
