All values are normalized to the housekeeping gene cyclophilin. With the exception of Tmt, each value represents the amount of mRNA relative to that within gastric mucosa preparations from C57BL6/J mice.#The mRNA level was lower than the detection limit; because Tmt is not found in (wild-type) C57BL6/J mice, the value of Tmt in the Tmt-enriched pools represents the amount of mRNA relative to that of Tmt-negative pools.*PValues in parenthesis denote the mean ± SEM of threshold cycles.
