Spatial transcriptomic data of P5 mouse cortical somatostatin neurons

Probe panel for 94 genes designed using Resolve Biosciences proprietary design software, as reported in table S4 of the manuscript . Molecular Cartography (100-plex combinatorial single molecule fluorescence in-situ hybridization) P5 brain tissue sections were dissected, fresh frozen and placen on Resolve BioScience slides.After fixation the sections were used for Molecular Cartography. Tissue were primed, followed by overnight hybridization of all the probes specific for the trarget genes.The excess of probes was removed and color development, imaging and decolorization were repeated for multiple cycles to build a unique combinatorial code for every target gene derived from raw images. Samples were imaged on a Zeiss Celldiscoverer 7.
