The schizophrenia-associated variant in SLC39A8 alters N-glycosylation in the mouse brain

In this experiment we performed RNAseq from two different bran regions of wild-type and mice containing the A391T missense mutation in SLC39A8. RNAseq was performed on 4 wild-type cortex, 4 wild-type cerebellum, 4 A391T cortex, and 4 A391T cerebellum本实验针对野生型小鼠与携带SLC39A8基因A391T错义突变的小鼠，选取其两个不同脑区的样本开展RNA测序（RNAseq）。本次测序共包含4例野生型大脑皮层样本、4例野生型小脑样本、4例A391T突变型大脑皮层样本以及4例A391T突变型小脑样本。
