Exploration of the genome-wide DNA binding of chicken p53 in LMH cells

To investigate the genome-wide DNA binding of chicken p53, we overexpressed chicken p53 with a flag in LMH cells. We then performed genome-wide DNA binding analysis using data obtained from ChIP-seq of LMH cells. Overall design: Comparative DNA binding profiling analysis of ChIP-seq data for DNA bound by p53 and input DNA of LMH cells with p53 overexpression. Four biological replicates for each condition have been done.
