Processed Scanpy objects for data presented in: Analysis of Microsatellite Instability Intensity in Single-Cell Resolution with scMnT reveals Tumor Heterogeneity in Colorectal Cancer. Datasets from three different original studies were used in the study (Chen et al., Joanito et al., and Kinker et al.). Raw sequencing data of the CRC patients are not available here, and should be accessed through the accessions provided in the original studies. Furthermore, due to the sheer size of the Kinker et al. dataset, we had to split the h5ad file for smooth upload. Therefore, we advise you to merge the 5 adata_k.preprocessed.NanoMnT.p_.h5ad files using the following line: adata_k = sc.concat([adata_k1, adata_k2, adata_k3, adata_k4, adata_k5] )
