稀土物理化学性质数据库系统始建于1987年,主要用于与稀土相关的材料的研究与设计。 如稀土发光材料的研究,所用氧化物,必然要涉及到该类物种的最基本的物理化学性质。数据库中所包含的主要物种为:氧化物,卤化合物,硫化合物,金属间化合物等40余种化合物的熔点,沸点,生成热,熵,焓等多种物理化学性质,以及相关的参考文献和作者。系统允许单项检索和多项的联合检索。单项检索包括:化合物名称,化合物分子式,等。在联合检索中,只有同时满足给定的条件方可被检出。如检索要求是卤化合物,同时希望是生成热,熵和焓,则所有的“目标”均满足这三个条件。输出分为两步:命中项目的简单输出,若需要,则可由“detail”进行详细数据的观察。

The Rare Earth Physicochemical Properties Database System was established in 1987, primarily for the research and design of rare earth-related materials. For example, when conducting research on rare earth luminescent materials, the oxides utilized in such work inevitably require access to the most fundamental physicochemical properties of these species. The database contains over 40 types of compounds including oxides, halides, sulfur compounds and intermetallic compounds, with their various physicochemical properties such as melting point, boiling point, heat of formation, entropy and enthalpy, as well as relevant references and corresponding authors. The system supports both single-item retrieval and combined multi-item retrieval. Single-item retrieval covers parameters like compound name and compound molecular formula. In combined retrieval, only entries that satisfy all given conditions will be retrieved. For instance, if the retrieval requirements are halides together with heat of formation, entropy and enthalpy, all matching entries will meet these three criteria. The output process is divided into two steps: a simple output of the hit items, and if needed, detailed data can be viewed through the "detail" function.
