Ectomycorrhizal composition and diversity in Miombo Woodlands

This project is about ectomycorrhizal species composition and diversity in Miombo woodlands of Zambia during the dry season along sites that differ in soil type. In this project, soil samples from dominant tree stands of Julbernadia paniculata and Brachystegia longifolia stands were collected, DNA extracted and sequenced by Illumina after amplification of ITS2 region.
