Protein chain clusters for the database at 30% sequence identity and 50% coverage

This files lists the members of each ensemble, formatted as one cluster per line. This file is the result of Mmseqs2 clustering and includes singletons, which are not included in the provided ensembles files. It may also contain extra conformations for each ensemble that can be removed in the models due to redundancy.
