ATAC-Seq chromatin profiling of Suz12-deleted or wild-type organoids derived from basal or luminal mouse mammary epithelial cells

Fixed DNA was isolated from organoids grown from single sorted luminal or basal populations from the mammary glands of Rosa26-creERT2 Suz12 flox female mice. Cultures were treated with 4-hydroxytamoxifen to induce deletion of Suz12. Three biological replicates were prepared for both the basal-derived and luminal-derived organoids. Wild-type and Suz12-deleted samples were prepared from both basal and luminal organoids. ATAC-seq was carried out on an Illumina Nextseq 500 to produce 40-70 million 75 bp paired-end reads per sample.
