A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Dongting Lake Station from 2015 to 2016

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the wetland ecosystem at the National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station of Dongting Lake Wetland Ecosystem in Hunan Province from 2015 to 2016. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data collected by the eddy covariance method were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
