The HDF5 file consists of two data sets: /bg_9900eV, /bg_13800eV. Each of them represents a mean hologram of the cell-free, liquid-filled capillary for the respective beam energies. The attributes of each dataset are: median_brightness, y_range(px) and z_range(px) Origin of the data: Holograms of the cell-free capillaries that were further processed (cropping, normalization, alignment) and averaged. How to use: HDF5 files can be accessed with multiple tools and softwares, e.g., silx (https://www.silx.org/doc/silx/latest/applications/view.html) and the python module h5py (https://docs.h5py.org/en/stable/quick.html)
