Mechanism of MTO1 regulation of related gene expression in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

This study was designed to examine the gene expression profile of MTO1-overexpressing rat cardiomyocytes. Here, RNA extraction and sequencing after lentivirus transfection of H9C2 cell lines was used to investigate whether MTO1 overexpression affects cardiomyocyte proliferation and apoptosis.
