The dataset consists of three catalogs, containing X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) data of SrFe1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) perovskites measured at K-edge of oxygen (532 eV), as well as L-edges of iron (708 eV) and cobalt (779 eV). The measurements were conducted at the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre (Poland) at the PIRX beamline under high-vacuum conditions using the total electron yield (TEY) detection mode and fluorescence mode (FY). The scans collected in this dataset consists of two columns - energy (eV) and intensity (a.u.). The values in the intensity columns are not raw intensity measurements; they have been processed and normalized by the IM5 monitor signal to account for fluctuations in the synchrotron beam intensity during the acquisition of TEY and FY detection data. Besides this normalization by the IM5 monitor signal, the data have not been subjected to any further normalization or processing. The names of files indicate the data they consist:- the measured absorption edge (K-O, L-Fe, and L-Co, indicating K-edge of oxygen, L-edges of iron, and L-edges of cobalt, respectively),- detection mode employed for the measurement (TEY and FY meaning total electron yield and fluorescence yield, recpetively),- the material studied (SFO, SFC2, SFC4, SFC6, and SFC8, signifying SrFe1-xCoxO3-δ containing 0, 20, 40, 60, and 80% of cobalt in the B-site, respectively).
