C57BL/6 mice gut metagenome

The comparison of gut microbiota (16s rRNA gene sequencing) between lupus-prone mice (pristane and FcRIIb knockout) and healthy mice at different objectives; (1) gut microbiota in mice feces at different ages including before disease onset (2 and 4 months of age) and after disease onset (6, 8, 10 months of ages), (2) gut microbiota in 5 intestinal sections of mice (duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum, and colon), (3) gut microbiota in mice feces before and after fecal transplantation.
