CVSI: Chile Veterinary Signal Index — Pilot Dataset, Scoring Dashboard, and Codebook (v1.0)
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the complete pilot release of the Chile Veterinary Signal Index (CVSI), a multidimensional scoring and prioritization framework for infectious and parasitic disease signals in companion animals (dogs and cats) in Chile’s Metropolitan Region (CL-RM). CVSI evaluates syndrome–species pairs across six weighted dimensions — case frequency, clinical severity, zoonotic potential, diagnostic confidence, seasonality, and regional fit — using the formula: CVSI(s) = 0.25·F + 0.20·Sev + 0.20·Z + 0.15·C + 0.10·Sea + 0.10·R Each pair is assigned a surveillance tier (HIGH ≥ 0.70, MEDIUM 0.45–0.69, WATCH < 0.45). Contents of this deposit: • cvsi_pilot_final_v1.csv — verified pilot dataset (39 curated, source-verified records spanning 1992–2026) • cvsi_dashboard.py — bilingual (English/Spanish) interactive Streamlit dashboard that implements the scoring formula and renders ranked results, tier assignments, dimension breakdowns, and quarterly trends • requirements.txt — Python dependencies • CVSI_Master_Implementation_Guide_v1_1.docx — frozen schema v1.0 codebook, coding rules, severity and source-confidence rubrics, inter-coder protocol, and data-flow reference • README.md — quick-start instructions All data are derived exclusively from retrospective, publicly available sources (peer-reviewed literature and official reports). No primary animal data were collected. The pilot is geographically restricted to CL-RM and is intended as a hypothesis-generating, prioritization tool rather than a predictive or diagnostic instrument.
