Supplemental data for: Analysis of gene expression variation among wheat cultivars gives insights into duplicate gene diversification in polyploids

This dataset is an appendix for the thesis "Analysis of gene expression variation among wheat cultivars gives insights into duplicate gene diversification in polyploid". These data were the output of the two software. fastp was used to filter 394 FASTQ files and provide information about the data's quality. fastp produced 394 HTML files along with the filtered FASTQ files. The HTML files were used to capture the necessary information to make the Supplementary Table 1. STAR provided the information in TXT format along with the mapping files, and similarly, aggregated the information from the 394 TXT files to make Supplementary Table 2.
