Species matrix

Raw data collected from 20 sites in Long Point, ON that were sampled in 2014 and re-sampled in 2015. Average water levels differed between years - lake water was average in 2014 and high in 2015. Point counts were visited 4 times during the breeding season and abundance was summed over the summer. See Robichaud and Rooney (2017) for full data collection details. Invaded habitat is characterized by Phragmites australis, emergent marsh is resident cattail and meadow marsh is resident meadow marsh habitat (grass, sedges, shrubs etc.).
