This series consists of copies of the key pages from the website of the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission. It does not consist of the actual website. Content made available via the website can be found in the relevant Commission series (VPRS 16497 Exhibits, for example). The images were captured to provide a sense of the look and feel of the website, the types of the information made available to the public, and how the commission chose to present that information. The Commission launched its website, www.royalcommission.vic.gov.au on 16 March 2009. Its early establishment was to give the public access to information about community consultation sessions and a means of making public submissions electronically.
