Comparison of gene expression levels of fresh cycles not resulting in pregnancy to frozen transfer cycles resulting in pregnancy (intra-patient analysis).

This Table gives an overview of the intra-patient analysis. Each line represents one cumulus complex. Per patient 2 or 3 cumulus complexes from 1 retrieval cycle were analyzed. Ratios of gene expression levels are always pregnant over non-pregnant. For patient 6, the cumulus complex of the pregnant FRET cycle was compared to the cumulus complexes of the fresh and the FRET non-pregnant cycle. Model 1 and 2 are respectively the models built up with 3 and 5 genes from Table 5. Ranking was obtained by inserting the expression values in the mathematical models from Table 6. Rank number ‘1’ is the oocyte with the highest chance to achieve pregnancy. ns: not significant; na: not applicable; nlr: no linear relation. a: the expression value is not higher or lower between pregnant and non-pregnant as expected based on the earlier results. b: the ranking is not correct using the multivariable models.
