Oryzias melastigma Raw sequence reads

In this BioProject, we present the transcriptome analysis of Indian medaka liver tissue, aimed at investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying cold stress tolerance in both FW and SW environments. Fish were acclimated to control temperatures (28 C), followed by a gradual reduction to cold stress temperatures (18C and 15C). Liver samples were collected at 168 hours to capture transcriptomic changes across different salinity and temperature conditions. These data contribute to our understanding of the genetic and molecular pathways that support environmental resilience in euryhaline fish species and serve as a valuable resource for comparative studies in fish physiology.
