MSDDT: A Multi-method Global Snow Drought Dataset and Toolbox

The Multi-method Global Snow Drought Dataset and Toolbox (MSDDT) – an integrated framework comprising an open-source analytical toolkit (MSDT) and a comprehensive global dataset (MSDD). MSDT features an intuitive interface enabling multi-temporal scale analysis (daily to yearly) of snow drought patterns, complemented by built-in visualization tools and data download functionalities. Its derivative MSDD dataset provides global snow drought metrics including their occurrence, type and intensity at 0.25° resolution (1980-2024).
