The use of each species is divided into PCR, sequencing, family, "lineage" and genus. PCR indicates use for PCR amplification and sequencing indicates sequencing of the species, respectively. Family, "lineage" and genus refer to the application of species sequences at the three taxonomic levels that were phylogenetically tested in this study.
