NYPD Stop & Frisk

In summation, I propose changing NYPD's operating protocols, conforming to both the law & NYPD's Patrol Guide. I suggest transmitting, on a daily basis, locations, which are prone o violent street crimes, especially Robbery. Additionally, patrol Police Officers could ask communications division to re broadcast the wanted perpetrator's description. This would ensure transparency & allow the person(s) stopped to see that the stop was both legal and not capricious.
