This study examines Global workplaces increasingly require professionals to navigate cultural differences with flexibility, resilience, and strategic awareness. However, limited research has explored how Myanmar nationalss develop and apply cross-cultural adaptability, despite a growing number working or studying abroad. This qualitative study examines the key drivers that shape cross-cultural adaptability among Myanmar nationalss in global workplace settings. Data were collected through the interviews and structured qualitative questionnaires from participants with diverse internationals and cross-cultural experiences. The study explores how individuals describe the factors influencing their adaptability, how past internationals exposure shapes their current adaptation strategies, what motivational forces drive their cross-cultural efforts and in what workplace situations they intentionally draw upon Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Findings contribute to an understudied area of cross-cultural research by offering insights into how Myanmar nationalss interpret and navigate cultural challenges in multicultural environments. The results also provide practical implications for organizations, educators, and policymakers seeking to strengthen the global readiness, well-being, and intercultural effectiveness of Myanmar professionals.
