To understand how Intravenous Muse stem cell therapy affect Stroke, we performed RNA-seq on bulk spleen tissue after mouse model of focal cerebral ischemia and intravenous Muse cell therapy. RNA-seq was prepared using NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina after PolyA selection with Oligodt beads.
