This dataset comprises both synthetic isolated intersection scenarios and real-world traffic data collected from the urban road network surrounding Chenta Road in Shanghai, with a primary focus on vehicle counts and queue lengths. Additionally, the dataset incorporates scenarios involving emergency vehicles, random roadblocks, and sensor malfunctions to assess the effectiveness of traffic signal control strategies. The dataset includes a total of 18 intersections, consisting of 12 four-way intersections and 6 three-way intersections, and its core task is to evaluate traffic signal control strategies.
