COSMIC-2 ionospheric radio occultation profiles, October 2019 – December 2025: lossless archive and two-layer Chapman fits

Every readable COSMIC-2 (FORMOSAT-7) ionospheric electron density profile (ionPrf, UCAR/CDAAC) from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2025 (7 968 266 profiles), in a lossless yearly HDF5 archive, with a two-layer Chapman fit, a quality outcome code, geophysical indices (dip, F10.7, Kp) and the matched IRI peak (PyIRI 0.1.7) for each profile. No profile was removed at extraction; every selection criterion is stored as per-profile metadata. See README.md for the file layout, column dictionary and outcome codes.
