Single cell multiomics guided mechanistic understanding of Fontan-associated liver disease

Liver biopsy samples were from patients with Fontan circulation (FC) and healthy patients undergoing resection or transplant for hepatoblastoma. We used snRNA-ATAC-seq to generate the transcriptomic and epigenomic atlas of human FALD. Single nuclei of each sample were isolated using a homogenizer followed by filtering, washing, counting and analyzed by snRNA-ATAC-seq.
