Presetting of adaptive hematopoiesis by Fli-1 entails reciprocal niche sensing of Notch/VEGF-A pathways to supersede Spi1-driven dormancy. RNA-seq analysis for WT and Fli-1 KO HSPCs was performed to uncover changes in transcriptional output following Fli-1 deletion. Overall design: RNA sequencing of WT and Fli-1 KO HSPCs after 6d in co-culture with a vascular niche post Fli-1 deletion induction.
